I woke up with this thought: I need to be a wise steward over my body, mind and spirit in order to be the most effective human being I can. My goal is to help people become of one heart, one mind. first within themselves and then with their significant other and spreading to family members, neighbors, communities, cities, countries, the world. Can you imagine such a place? It would be like the city of Enoch in the bible. Hard to imagine, huh? Well, a person can become of one heart and mind by connecting to source.
